Blue Flag
The Międzywodzie seaside bathing area received the Blue Flag in 2013, 2015 and every year from 2018 to 2026. The certificate is awarded for one season at a time and covers criteria including water quality, safety, accessibility and environmental management.
A Blue Flag does not replace the current water assessment. Check the latest notice in the official GIS service before swimming.

The map shows access points 20–26. No. 23 follows a gentle concrete path without stairs. Nos. 22 and 24 have both stairs and a ramp; 20, 21, 25 and 26 use stairs.
See the access points on the mapNo. 23 is simplest with a pushchair because it has no stairs. Nos. 22 and 24 are alternatives with a ramp. The final section still reaches sand, and wind-blown sand may make access harder.
Choose no. 23 to avoid stairs; ramps are also available at 22 and 24. Plan to return by the same route, carry water and pause in shade. A paved approach does not mean a paved beach.
Morning for quiet, evening for light. Keep midday for lunch, shade or rest. A windy beach may still look beautiful without being suitable for swimming.
Seasonal rules apply within the supervised area, including restrictions concerning animals. Check notices at the entrances and current municipal information.

From 15 June to 15 September, the paid parking zone operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00, excluding public holidays. Thirty minutes costs PLN 2.50, the first hour PLN 5 and a day ticket PLN 40. Signs D-44 and D-45 define the zone.
Try Kamień Pomorski, a café, a short walk by the lagoon, Dziwnów, the story of Heidebrink or a quiet tour of viewpoints when the wind allows.
It is a good time for quiet, long light, walks, photography and the cold Baltic Sea. Check transport, accommodation and open venues before travelling.
A common plan is a train to Kamień Pomorski or Świnoujście, then a bus through Dziwnów to Międzywodzie. Always verify timetables directly with the operator.
For a short route, choose the morning beach or the Kamień Lagoon. For longer outings, head towards Wolin National Park, Dziwnów or the quieter stretches towards Świętouść.
Wolin Island and the Dziwnów municipality are well suited to short rides. Plan longer trips with a current route map and wind forecast.
